Just a simple mock up.
This has been done many times, people came said that the coding would be difficult, easy to mess up, people would make things most vile ... so why not make it simple
.
Premade colour palettes.
Simple button, easy to find for changeing the colour.
Icons wouldn't change colour, Name font wouldn't change, that's just for show D:
Possibly an option to be blind to page colours too, for people who wouldn't want to see them 
This is just a sloppy mock up... I say sloppy i spent a good... 5 or 6 hours on it
DA staff would never consider this i doubt, to much effort, but it'd be nice
